MDBA is an independent corporation, yet it is affiliated with School of Tomorrow® Philippines, a part of the Pacific Rim Educational Foundation. The parent company, Accelerated Christian Education Ministries, is based in the United States.

MDBA was founded in 2009 by Ptr. Job A. Bienes with the goal of ministering to children and parents through Christ-centered education.
